Missions Fest Vancouver is part of Missions Fest Internationaland highlights global mission opportunities, showcases over 260 international mission organizations, features world class speakers within the context of 130 seminars, plenary sessions, youth rallies, and children’s workshops. Its three-fold purpose is to inform, celebrate and challenge people of all ages to get involved in missions by sending, praying, giving and going. News – Archbishops suggest ‘open-ended engagement’ with breakaways
From Episopal News Service – Archbishops Rowan Williams of Canterbury and John Sentamu of York have suggested that the Church of England and the Anglican Communion ought to be in “an open-ended engagement” with the Anglican Church in North America. The organization is made up of individuals and groups that have left the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Church of Canada, as well as those that have never been members of those two provinces. We are thankful for the blessings that God has given us for the past year and looking forward in serving Him in the new year.

Sunday Jan 22 – Chinese New Year Celebration 慶祝中國農曆新年
After our regular Church service next Sunday, we will celebrate Chinese New Year with a fellowship lunch and games. Please plan to join us and bring your friends and family so we can celebrate the Year of the Dragon together.
Jan 15 – Our Sunday service blessed with four new fishes
It was a fresh snowy morning as we go early for the set up and clearing of snow on the steps. We were expecting fewer people because of the weather. Surprisingly, God has blessed our fishing boat with four new fishes to join us for this Sunday’s service. Let us all give thanks for His blessings and care for the Good Shepherd Richmond Church.
